• Propanediol – a colorless viscous liquid that is known for its miscibility with water.
• Tapioca Starch – a gluten-free thickener. It is used in many skin care products and is known for creating lubricating and smooth feel on the skin.
• Vegetable Oil – a cosmetic grade triglyceride vegetable oil extracted from plants
